My name is Mackenzie Schlagenhaft (Yes, it’s German) and I am a multidisciplinary designer & animator based in Brooklyn, New York. Currently working as a Graphic Designer and spearheading the creative department at Union Market, specialty foods store, but am always open to freelance opportunities or a good coffee chat. I graduated with a BFA in Motion Design at Ringling College of Art & Design in Sarasota, Florida. Previously, an intern at Anomaly, New York, New York, Hue+Cry in Richmond, VA and Motion504 in Minneapolis, MN.

I am passionate about creative exploration and solutions, concept development, good type, collaboration, communication, and meeting new people.

Some things I am currently enjoying are collecting matchbooks around New York, NY Times Connections, pierogis, and short walks in the city.
